Inviting users is the first step in building your team on the platform. In this section, we’ll guide you through the process of inviting new users to the platform. You’ll learn how to send invitations, assign roles, and manage pending invites to ensure new team members can quickly and securely join your organization.

How to Invite Users

Log in to Splight

Go to Splight's website and log in with the name of your organization, your email, and password.

Go to the Users Section

Click your username in the bottom-left corner of the screen to open the settings menu and select the Users tab.

Go to Invited Users

Click the Invite Users button to start the invitation process.

Complete the Invitation Form

The invitation form requires the following information:

• Email: The email address of the user you want to invite.

• Role: Select the role you want to assign to the user, such as admin, editor, viewer or custom. Roles determine what permissions the user will have within the platform. The available roles are:

Role	Permissions
Admin	Account full access, Engine full access, Hub full access
Editor	Engine full access
Viewer	Engine read-only
